FibroGen China encourages you to review this Privacy Notice regularly for any changes. Information Collection and Use
You can generally visit our website without revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. However, to access certain options we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information such as, your name, email address, telephone number, professional credentials. If the information you provide includes personal information of other patients, their family members, etc., you should ensure that the source of such information is legal and inform the information subject(s) how you will process their personal information, provide this privacy notice and ensure that the necessary consent or authorization has been obtained from the information subject(s). This privacy notice will also apply to the personal information of others we collect from you.
Sharing of your Personal Information
We may provide your personally identifiable information that we collect, and the data generated by cookies to a parent, subsidiary or affiliate entity related to FibroGen China, partner entities, and the vendors and service agencies that we may engage to assist us. Access

No fee usually required
